General Liability

General Liability coverage is a form of insurance sold to businesses to indemnify the business for third party liability claims due to negligence. Coverages can include premises and operations liability for onsite accidents and products liability claims for products that injure third parties.

What this means in general terms is that if you are sued by anyone for negligence, the policy will cover you and the cost of your defense if necessary.  You can be sued for just about anything these days, such as slip and fall accidents, abuse and molestation, contract issues, insufficient supervision, etc.  General Liability ensures that you have the proper protection in place and you can rest easy knowing that if anything does happen, you have what you need to defend yourself and maintain the business and livelihood you have worked so hard to create.

You must be aware that not all General Liability coverage is created equal.  There are many important factors to look at when purchasing your insurance.  Our expert underwriters can help you understand all the factors that must be looked at to verify that you have proper coverage in force.  The last thing you want is to have an unintended gap in coverage which forces you to pay out of pocket in the event of a loss.  Our underwriters are experts in identifying all the gaps in coverage for each of our clients and designing a customized insurance program that correctly covers you at an affordable price.
