Welcome to the Texas Amusement Ride Safety Program administered by the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI). This letter and the enclosures present the requirements of the program along with the applicable statues.
Texas Amusement Inspection Instructions (AR 100s)
The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) has special inspection requirements for amusements and rides. Please review the attached TDI Inspection Instructions & List for specific information. As your insurance program representative, SterlingRisk Programs will sign the AR 100s as required prior to your sending the report to the TDI.
