In those cases it is not unusual for those third parties to receive fees and/or commissions as is usual and customary. In addition, we may receive contingent payments or extra commissions from some insurers that are not linked to any specific client but are based on our overall performance with respect to growth, retention, and loss experience for a particular insurer.
